RAF Harrowbeer History

RAF Harrowbeer was a WWII Fighter Station that was built on land at Yelverton. It opened on the 15th August 1941 and was closed for the first time on 31st July 1945. It was then reopened and remained in RAF Use until the late 50s.

The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight have offered us a Flypast on the Saturday and the Sunday of this year's event.

We also hope to have a flypast of vintage aircraft on the Sunday afternoon.

Application forms for 2018 are now available on the "Exhibitor, Re-Enactor & Trade info & Forms" page.

Day visits by military vehicles, classic cars etc welcome. No need to book if visiting for the day, just turn up and we will park you on the showground.
